复合套管液体硅橡胶伞群老化现象的微观特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对电网中出现的复合套管液体硅橡胶(LSR)伞群大面积老化龟裂现象,对运行一定年限的复合套管液体硅橡胶伞群进行了性能检测和试验研究,利用扫描电镜观测、傅立叶红外光谱分析、热失重分析等手段分析了套管不同部位液体硅橡胶伞群的自然老化特性及其微观结构和物质组成变化,研究发现自然因素对LSR的老化产生了重要影响,LSR的老化是自表面逐步向内发展,老化过程中没有新的基团生成,但硅橡胶长链含量、交联程度、侧链甲基数量以及LSR中的有机成分含量均明显减少。以上研究对更好的制定LSR老化防范措施,科学评估其使用寿命并指导现场运维检修具有重要意义。 The research has been performed on the large-area aging and cracking phenomenon of liquid silicone rubber(LSR)composite bushing sheds.By using the methods of Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Thermogravimetry(TG),the authors analyze different parts′aging properties,microstructures and composition changes of LSR bushing sheds.The experimental results show that the natural environment has had an important influence on the LSR aging,gradually developed from the surface to the interior.There are no new groups generated in the process of aging,but the long chain content,the crosslinking degree and the side chain methyl number of LSR decrease obviously,and along with the aging aggravation,the organic composition content in LSR reduces gradually.This research provides great reference for finding better measures to prevent LSR from aging,scientifically evaluating its lifetime,and guiding on-site operational maintenance.
