摘要
阐述了西门子1 000 MW机组高低压旁路减压阀动作原理,分析了某1 000 MW机组旁路控制系统在机组全厂失电异常工况过程中的动作情况,探讨了西门子两级旁路控制系统在1 000 MW机组应用中存在的不足。通过对异常工况下旁路动作情况的分析,重点提出了西门子1 000 MW机组低压旁路控制系统部分的优化措施与改进建议。
This paper describes the high/low-voltage bypass valve operation principle of Siemens 1 000 MW units,and analyzes the action of a 1 000 MW unit bypass control system during the plant-wide power failure in apower plant,explores the defects of Siemens two-stage bypass control system in the application to 1 000 MW unit.Through the analysis,optimization measures and improvement proposals are presented,emphatically about the Siemens 1 000 MW unit low-voltage bypass control system.
