一起接地事故中保护装置“拒动”的整定配合问题分析

介绍了某发电厂厂用电10kV IB段一台高压电动机一次电缆绝缘受损引发的接地短路事故过程。分析认为保护装置并未发生故障及拒动,但在此次事故中却并未起到相应的保护作用,究其原因是保护定值整定配合的问题。根据此次故障原因的分析,阐述保护定值配合问题的重要性。

This paper introduces the process of grouding short-circuit accident caused by HV motor cable insulation damage in a power plant auxiliary power 10 kVIB section.It was found that there was no malfunction and miss operation in the protection device,but it did not produce the corresponding protection effect in the accident.Investigation shows that the responsibility is due to protection setting-coordination problem.Thereupon,this paper expounds the importance of protection setting and coordination.
