The research progress of imaging technologies for assessment of osteoporosis

摘要 骨质疏松症(OP)是一种常见的全身代谢性骨病。近年来随着人口老龄化,骨质疏松的发病率明显提高,因此早期评价OP至关重要。双能X线吸收测定法和定量超声是临床常用的影像方法,但对评估OP尚存在许多不足,目前已有一些新的影像检查技术用于OP的评估,包括定量CT、显微CT、能谱CT、磁共振波谱和基于化学位移的水脂分离MRI检查。就这些新的影像技术原理、临床应用及优势与不足予以综述。 Osteoporosis is the most common disease of all metabolic bone disorders. Recently, with the increasing ag-ing of the world population, the number of persons affected by osteoporosis is also increasing. For these reasons, the early as-sessment for osteoporosis is crucial. The commonly used imaging methods such as dual X-ray absorptiometry and quantita-tive ultrasound have many deficiencies. New techniques including quantitative computed tomography, micro-computed to-mography spectral computed tomography, magnatic resonance spectroscopey, iterative dixon water-fat separation with echo asymmetry and Least-squares estimation can be used for estimation. These techniques were reviewed in this paper.
