农村电子商务促进包容性创业的微观机制及政策展望

Microscopic Mechanism and Policy Prospects of Rural E-commerce to Promote Inclusive Entrepreneurship

蓬勃发展的中国电子商务,在深刻改变中国经济格局的同时,也成为全球包容性创业的典范。文章通过对浙江、福建、河北、山东、江苏等地发展农村电子商务现状的调查,梳理了我国当前农村电子商务的发展模式,并从创业动机、创业投入、创业产出三个角度剖析了农村电子商务促进包容性创业的微观机制与存在问题,在此基础上提出相应的政策建议。

China＇s booming development in e-commerce has not only profoundly changed various industries,but also offered the best notes for inclusive entrepreneurship. Development of agriculturerelated e-commerce is becoming a global business model in inclusive entrepreneurship. By a set of surveys in rural development of e-commerce,the fresh experience of the current e-commerce development in rural areas,the mechanisms of how to promote inclusive entrepreneurship and its problems are analyzed,and besides the future outlook and related policy suggestions are given.
