摘要 研究生德育工作是研究生培养工作的重要组成部分。由于近年来研究生群体特点的变化,传统的研究生德育工作机制日显乏力。本文根据自组织系统和隐性教育的特殊优势,从导师隐性教育的视角出发,探索在传统研究生德育工作体系下研究生德育自组织系统的功能以及构建原则,提出对此机制的运行与思考,发现研究生德育自组织系统的构建是对传统研究生德育工作模式的有效补充和创新。 Graduate moral education is an important part of the work of graduate education. The traditional graduate ethics education is increasingly weak due to the change of the formation of graduate students in recent years. Based on the special advantages of the self-organizing system and implicit education,from the perspective of the instructors' recessive education,this paper explores the features and the construction principles of the self-organizing system of graduate moral education in the traditional system of graduate moral education,proposes the operation of the system and thinks its mechanism deeply. It's found that the building of the self-organizing system of the moral education is an effective complement and positive innovation to the traditional graduate moral education mode.
