对我国成人高校开展创业教育的思考

Reflections on Entrepreneurship Education in Adult Colleges

创业型人才需要创业精神和创业素质的培育,成人高校开展创业教育是服务创业型经济的需要,也是自身转型发展的内在需求,更是广大创业者职业发展的需要。当前,我国成人高校的创业教育还存在认识不足、体系不全、方法陈旧、师资匮乏等方面的问题。在创业型经济蓬勃发展的大背景下,成人高校有必要借鉴国内外创业教育的经验,从提高思想认识、建设课程体系、创新教学手段、加强师资建设等方面入手,重构具有继续教育特色的创业教育体系。

The entrepreneurial spirit and the quality of entrepreneurship need to be cultivated for entrepreneurial talents. Adult colleges need to carry out entrepreneurship education to serve the needs of entrepreneurial economy. This is not only the inherent demand for their own transformation and development,but also the needs for the occupation development of a majority of entrepreneurs. At present,such problems as lack of recognition,incomplete system,outdated methods and lack of teachers still exist in adult colleges in China. In the background of the vigorous development of entrepreneurial economy,adult colleges need to learn from the experience of entrepreneurship education both at home and abroad,and,starting with enhancing ideological awareness,constructing curriculum system,innovating teaching methods,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,reconstruct an entrepreneurship education system with features of continuing education.
