介绍了澳大利亚马斯洛风电场EPC总承包管理模式和运行机制,并结合该项目的特点,对比分析了传统模式和总承包模式的区别。在此基础上,提出了我国风电建设中逐步推广总承包模式的几点建议,以期对风电建设管理工作起到借鉴和参考作用。

This article first introduced the Australian Maslow＇s wind farm EPC general contracting manage-ment model and operational mechanism, and combined with the project characteristics, contrastive analyzesthe difference between the traditional model and general contracting mode. On this basis, the construction ofwind power in China were put forward some suggestions on promotion of general contracting mode, step bystep in order to play a reference role for the wind power construction management work.
