摘要
本文以神华销售集团全面预算管理系统的研究、开发为例,详细介绍了大型煤炭运销企业全面预算管理系统项目的建设过程,突出强调了项目建设的重点、难点以及解决方案,以期对同类企业的全面预算管理系统建设,起到参考和借鉴的作用。
Taking the research and develop of comprehensive budget management system of Shenhua SalesGroup for instance, this paper detailed introducing the construction process of comprehensive budget manage-ment system of large coal trading enterprise,and highlights the keys, difficulties and solutions of the projectconstruction to provide references for the construction of comprehensive budget management system of similarenterprises.
