摘要
矿山救护队在矿井事故救援中的人身安全没有可靠保障和队伍作战能力不强的现状,一直没有得到改善。神华集团制定并实行的安全风险预控管理标准,为改善这一现状提供了可能。本文按风险管理标准要求,总结了成功救援案例的经验及不足,查找现有工作面防灭火及应急措施的缺陷。在此基础上,论述了识别救援中的风险,制定重大风险应对措施,解决救援安全的关键技术方案,为可能发生的工作面火灾事故救援,提供技术支持。
According to the requirements of risk management standards, this thesis summarizes the experi-ence of successful rescue cases and deficiencies, to find the imperfection that existing mining fire preventionand emergency measures. On this basis, this paper discusses the identification of risks in rescue; make impor-tant risk measures and key technology solutions to solve aid security, and then provide technical support forthe possibility of working face fire accident rescue.
