摘要
介绍神宝能源公司胶带输送机集中控制系统的应用现状,分析影响胶带输送机生产效率的因素,提出优化PLC程序设计,加强设备维护维修及人员培训力度,为确保胶带运输高效、安全、平稳运行,继而为神宝能源公司快速发展,打造5000万吨级煤炭生产基地提供保障。
This thesis introduces to the application status of Shenbao Energy Col., Ltd. belt conveyor central-ized-control system, analyzes factors affecting the production efficiency of belt conveyor, puts forward the de-sign to optimize PLC program, strengthens the equipment maintenance management, enhances personnel train-ing, and to master the core technology and other measures, to ensure that the belt transport efficient, safeand smooth running, then to provide guarantee for rapid development to build five thousand ton coal produc-tion base for Shenbao energy company.
