为保障燃煤机组安全经济环保运行,国华准电公司通过"Power Clean智能吹灰闭环控制系统"的应用,将锅炉各受热面的积灰程度、污染状况进行实时性量化和可视化处理,通过传热模型和专家库的建设,自动将智能化的吹灰指令下达PLC吹灰控制系统,实现对手动吹灰操控模式的升华。按需吹灰的实践应用效益显著,在设备运维管理领域,中长期效能明显,通过主动改变运行管控方式,满足节能增效的管理需求,是企业两化融合创新实践的成功范例。
In order to ensure coal-fired units operate safely, economically and environmentally, Guohua Zhun-ger Electricity Generating Co., Ltd. carries out real-time quantization and visual processing for deposition de-gree of boilers' each heating surface and contamination status via through application of‘Power Clean intelli-gent soot blowing closed-loop control system'. By construction of heat transfer model and expert database, in-telligent soot blowing commands are sent to PLC soot blowing control system automatically, which realizes up-grade of manual soot blowing control model and intelligent and closed-loop control of soot blowing operation.Practical application has significant benefits that soot blown according to demands and holds obvious mediumand long-term efficiency in the field of operation and maintenance management related to equipment. Bychanging operation and control methods actively, to meet the management needs of energy conservation andsynergy. It is a successful example for integrated IT application with industrialization of enterprises.
