高浓度有机废水中水回用技术难点及应对措施

摘要 工业废水零排放技术在我国化工行业中刚刚普及和推广,现已列为我国"十五"时期重点推广的技术。煤化工高浓度有机废水成为制约中水回用的技术瓶颈,通过多年来的探索和应用,在各类菌种的驯化培养上,积累了成熟的生产管理经验,克服了中水回用的技术难点。在新工艺、新技术提高废水的可生化性上,已经研发出了先进的工艺、技术,尤其是高级氧化法,突破了高浓度有机废水中水回用的技术瓶颈,最大限度地减少了污水的排放量,提高了水资源的循环利用率,实现了绿色环保的目标。 Industrial wastewater zero emission technology has just popularized and generalized in the chemi-cal industry in our country, now has been listed as the key technology to promote during "15" period. Coalchemical industry high concentrated organic wastewater becomes technical bottleneck that restrict reuse of re-claimed water. In the domestication of all kinds of the bacteria, the mature production management experi-ence was accumulated, and overcome the technical difficulties of reuse of reclaimed water through many years' exploration and application. To improve the biodegradability of wastewater on the new technology, we havealready developed the advanced technology, especially for the advanced oxidation process break the bottle-necks of high concentrated organic wastewater reuse technology, to reduce the wastewater discharge amountmaximally, to improve the cyclic utilization rate of water resource, and to achieve the goal of green environ-mental protection.
