摘要
本文对乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定水中甲醛时显色剂的放置时间、保存温度,及实验显色温度、显色时间、水样稀释倍数等影响因素,进行了探讨,提出了减小空白值的方法和显色剂的最佳保存条件。
According to the reagent storage time and temperature,coloration temperature and time, sample di-lution effect on determination of formaldehyde in water by acetylacetone spectrophotometry,method is pre-sented to reduce the blank value and the best storage condition of chromogenic agent.
