摘要
随着朔黄铁路运输量的持续增长,列车密度增大,轴重增加,铁路基础设施病害增多;而重载铁路大运量、大密度的运输,留给基础设施检修的时间十分有限,运输与维修的矛盾凸显。为了对基础设施的维护、检修模式进行创新,力求实现"动态检测、静态监控、综合分析、立体养护、状态检修、寿命管理"的重载铁路运营检修模式。从2009年,提出研发重载综合检测车计划,并进行广泛深入调研;综合检测车于2014年1月正式上线检测;2014年8月,综合检测车通过中国铁道学会组织的评审验收。本文通过对工务专业检测数据进行系统总结分析,对下一步应用提出了针对性地建议。
With the sustained growth of transport volume, train density and axle load on Shuo Huang railway,the disease of infrastructure increases in number. While large volume and density of heavy haul railway causethe time for repair and maintenance of infrastructure becomes extremely limited, the contradiction betweentransport and maintenance becomes significant. To innovate the mode of repair and maintenance of infrastruc-ture, and strive to achieve the mode of operation and repair for heavy haul railway which is"dynamic inspect-ing, static monitoring, comprehensive analyzing, tridimensional maintaining, condition based repairing and lifes-pan managing", we proposed the research and development plan of Comprehensive Inspection Train and didrange of in-depth research since 2009. The Comprehensive Inspection Train did the first formal inspection onrailway in 2014 January, and the China Railway Association reviewed and accepted the train in 2014 August.In this paper, we summarized and analyzed systematically about the data inspected for railway track mainte-nance, and offered targeted recommendations for application in the future.
