军民融合提升武警医院核心卫勤保障能力的做法与经验

Practice and experience of civil-military integration in enhancing core medical support competency in hospital of armed police forces

笔者从坚持融合原则、加强"一案三制"及开展科研训练角度总结了军民融合发展提升指挥管理能力、专业保障能力、应急保障能力和精确救援能力等方面的实践。分析了核心卫勤保障能力生成过程中的经验,以期为核心卫勤保障能力的生成模式提供一些借鉴。

This paper summarized practice of civil-military integration in improving competency of command and management,professional service,emergency service and accurate relief from aspects of sticking to principles of integration,strengthening ＂one scheme and three systems＂and carrying out research and training. Experience in the generate process of core medical support capability was analyzed,in order to provide some references for generate model of core medical support competency.
