2009-2013年婺城区恶性肿瘤发病率分析

Incidence study of malignancies in Wucheng district of Jinhua city during 2009-2013

目的：了解婺城区2009-2013年居民恶性肿瘤发病情况及流行特征,探讨主要恶性肿瘤预防控制策略。方法：分析2009-2013年婺城区居民恶性肿瘤发病率、标化发病率和截缩率、累计发病率。结果：2009-2013年婺城区恶性肿瘤发病率为374.72/10万,标化发病率418.09/10万,35~64岁人群截缩率为513.05/10万,0~64岁累计发病率为24.83%。恶性肿瘤发病率前五位是：肺癌、肠癌、胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌;结论：婺城区恶性肿瘤发病率呈上升趋势,今后要加强恶性肿瘤的早期监测及加强健康宣教,提倡健康的生活方式,提高居民的健康水平。

Objective To know about the epidemiologic characteristics and incidence of cancer in Wucheng district, Jinhua city and to explore strategies to prevent and control the main malignancies. Methods We analyzed the incidence, standardized incidence, truncated incidence and cumulative rate of cancer from 2009 to 2013. Results The total inci- dence, standardized incidence, truncated incidence in age group of 35 to 64 and cumulative rate of cancer from the age of 0 to 64 from 2009 to 2013 were 374.72/100000, 418.09/100000 513.05/100 000 and 24. 83% , respectively. The ma- lignancies with the highest incidences were cancer of lung, stomach, liver, intestinal and breast in succession. Conclusions The incidence of cancer in Wucheng district is rising in recent years. We should strengthen early monitoring of cancer and health propaganda and education, advocate healthy life style and promote health level of the residents in future.
