摘要
针对标定热箱法设备的构造和工作原理进行了深入研究,结合设备构造分析了传热机理,以及墙体构件热阻测试过程中的传热影响因素。通过理论分析和模拟计算,对试件框传热损失和热箱箱体传热损失进行了量化分析,得到了这2种传热损失占总热量的比例范围,总结并给检测人员的标定工作提出建议。
This paper studies the structure and working principle of the calibration hot box. And it studies heat transfer theory through equipment structure,and analyzes the factors of heat transfer in the thermal resistance testing process about wall. Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,the specimen frame energy loss and heat box shell energy loss are quantified,obtaining two types energy loss ratio of total energy. The some calibration suggestions are concluded for inspector.
