摘要
目的：探讨华蟾素治疗肝癌的临床价值。方法观察了2012年3月到2014年2月在我院住院的晚期肝癌患者40例，随机分成两组，对照组选用一般支持治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上采用5％葡萄注射液500 ml＋华蟾素注射液30 ml静脉滴注，每日1次，14 d为1个疗程。比较两组的肝功能、AFP、生活质量、生存质量。结果治疗组在肝癌患者生存质量、瘤体大小，体重，肝功能方面均优于对照组（P＜0．01～0．05）。结论华蟾素在一定程度上抑制肿瘤生长，延长生存期，改善生活质量和肝功能，在临床上有重要使用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of cinobufacini injection care for liver cancer . Method Observed 4 0 patients with advanced liver cancer in the hospital from march 2 0 1 2 to february 2 0 1 4 . these patients randomly divided into two groups ,Patients of control group were treated with supporteve care ,In addition to the treatment of control group ,patients of treatment group were given cinobufacini injection once per day .1 4 days were named as a course .To compare liver function 、AFP、the quality of life and survial .Result The life quality 、the size tumor 、body weight and liver function ,the treatment group was even better the con-trol group（P〈0 .01 ～0 .05 ） .Conclusion The treatment with cinobufacini can inhibit the growth of tumor , prolong survival time and improve life quality and liver function on liver cancer patients ,have imortant use value .
