高品质杂交棉新组合CD135的选育与栽培技术

The Breeding and Cultivation Techniques of the High Quality Hybrid Cotton CD135

组合CD135是由W53×Q10杂交配组选育而成,其母本选自优质陆地棉C1×海岛棉35×97中间材料(回交多年)选系材料W53,其父本为自选的高品质、抗逆性强、丰产性好品系Q10。2011年选配出强优势杂交棉新品种(组合)CD135。经品比及多点大面积生产示范,并经枯萎病、黄萎病重病田圃鉴定及农业部棉花品质监督检验测试中心3年检测分析,表现出高品质、丰产性强、适应性广、抗逆性强、抗枯萎病、耐黄萎病等特点,并介绍了CD135的栽培要点。

The high quality new variety cotton CD135 was bred by W53 ×Q10,Its female parent W53 was selected from the high quality land cotton C1 ×islandcotton35 ×97intermidiat materials （back crossed many years）,its male parent was se-lected from the high quality,strong resistant,high yield strain Q10.In 2011,By product ratio and multi -sites large area demonstration and by identifying serious wilt and verticillium in the field nursery ,and also through 3 years testing and analyz-ing under the Cotton Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center of Ministry of Agriculture,we finally matched the best advantage new variety （combination）W53.It showed the characteristics of both high quality and yield,strong resistance, strong resistances to wilt and verticillium wilt.This paper introduced its process of breeding,features and characteristics as well as cultivation techniques.
