中医医院实施中医临床路径个案研究

A case study of the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical pathway in traditional Chinese medicine hospital

为进一步完善和提高中医临床路径工作,通过对S市中医院实施中医临床路径相关科室的医生进行问卷调查和对各层业务主管领导定性访谈,以及查阅和核实临床和医院管理相关资料,研究了S市中医院实施中医临床路径的现状和效果。研究结果表明,中医临床路径在S市中医院得到有效实施,在规范医疗行为、稳固疾病疗效、缩短人均就诊时间、控制医疗费用等方面起到了积极作用。但中医临床路径实施范围较小,推广力度不大,激励措施和管理制度尚需进一步完善,实施的深度和广度有待进一步提高。

A study of the present situation and effect of clinical pathways implemented in S City hospital of traditional Chinese medicine was carried out by questionnaire survey of related department doctor and qualitative inter- views of leading business executives layers and inspection and verification of the clinical and hospital management - related information for a further improvement of clinical pathways of TCM. The results showed that clinical pathway were already implemented in all departments of the hospital, and it brought a positive effect on many fields like stand- ardizing medical behavior, firming disease efficacy, shortening patient treatment period and controlling medical ex- pense. However the management system and incentive countermeasure need to be enhanced further as well as the im- plementation in order to expand the scope of clinical medicine path and improve the promotion.
