摘要
为了解决在海洋平台改造中只考虑满足工艺和生产因素而忽略甲板结构引起的设备高振动问题,笔者采用模态分析和计算机仿真相结合的方法,与设备的状态监测相结合,对海洋平台注水泵甲板高振动问题进行模态分析和方案的仿真分析。为海洋平台设备故障的解决引进了一种新的技术手段和方法,并进行了可行性探索和尝试。
In order to solve the problem that the technical and production factors are exclusively considered in offshore platform transformation, while the equipment deck structure is ignored, which caused the high vibration, the present researchers conducted a modal analysis and simulation of the high vibration of water injection pumps on offshore platform decks by using the Condition Monitoring. The modal analysis is accurate, and the computer simulation is rapid and economic, which are beneficial to explore a new way to attempt to solve the malfunction of offshore platform equipments.
