钢构件防锈涂层工艺优化初探及加速模拟锈蚀预研 被引量:2

摘要 利用氰凝防锈涂料和醇酸铁红防锈涂料作为钢材表面涂料。通过模拟加速试验和对比分析,考察涂层钢件与裸钢在防锈蚀方面的性能差异。采用德国IM6工作站对锈蚀钢筋的电极电位和腐蚀电流进行了实测记录,总结了涂层钢筋的锈蚀规律,研究了涂抹方式及烧结处理对涂层耐蚀性的影响因素。研究结果表明:钢件经过全浸实验,涂层钢件的锈蚀速率比无涂层钢的明显降低,烧结处理可明显提高涂层的耐久性。 Cyanide condensate rust protection and alkyd iron red rust protection are used as the steel surface coating. Through a simulated accelerating test and the comparative analysis, the different performance of corrosion prevention is studied, which is between the coated rebar and uncoated steel. Using a linear polarization detection equipment, Germany IM6 workstation, for the parameter measurement of the corroded reinforced electrode potential and corrosion current, the coating corrosion law of reinforcement is summarized, and the smear method and sintering process on the influencing factors of coating corrosion prevention are also studied. The research results show that the coated rebar corrosion rate is obviously lower than that of the uncoated steel after a full immersion experiments, and the sintering process can obviously improve the durability of the coating.
