摘要 借助多体动力学软件建立了复杂空间机构的刚体动力学模型,通过添加控制规律获得了反推装置机构的受载和传力特性;运用运动学原理对反推装置结构形式进行分析和简化,确立了反推装置机构的拓扑关系;基于多刚体动力学理论确定了约束形式,消除了过约束;基于载荷移置的方法,将典型状态下的分布载荷转化为了等效节点集中力添加到模型中进行插值计算,最终获得了机构在任意行程下的受载和传力特性;本研究将为实物试验提够理论指导,缩短产品研发周期。 With the help of multi rigid body dynamics software, the rigid dynamics model of complex spaceagency was built and then the load and force transmission characteristics of mechanisms were achieved byadding the control law. The topology relation of thrust reverser and the form of constraint were confirmedafter analyzing and simplifying the mechanism. Then the over constraint was eliminated. Based on the loaddisplacement method, the non-uniform distribution of the load was transformed into a convenient nodesconcentrated force, which was added to the model to get the load and force transmission characteristics ofany stroke. The study will provide theoretical guidance to physical test and shorten the product develop-ment cycles.
