摘要
为提高管道泄漏声发射定位精度,针对管道泄漏声发射信号的非平稳特性,提出了基于经验模态分解(EEMD)的声发射管道泄漏定位新方法;该方法将管道泄漏产生的声发射(AE)信号进行小波去噪,经EEMD分解为若干个本征模态函数(IMF),对具有实际物理意义的IMF进行重构,通过互相关法确定时差进行定位;仿真和实验表明:该方法消除了直接相关法和经验模态分解(EMD)方法的缺点,提高了定位精度。
A new method based on Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition( EEMD) was proposed aiming at extracting the non-stationary characteristic of the acoustic emission( AE) signal from pipeline leakage to improve the precision of location. The detected leakage signal can be denoised by wavelet and decomposed into several intrinsic mode functions( IMF) by EEMD. The IMFs having real physical meaning were reconstructed to determine the time difference and leak point by cross-correlation method. Simulation and experiments indicate that the method presented above can eliminate the disadvantages of direct crosscorrelation and Empirical Mode Decomposition( EMD) method,which improves the precision of location.
