摘要
根据辽河流域水环境突发污染应急管理的实际需求,开展流域水环境突发污染应急处置技术体系研究,提出了构建辽河流域水环境应急管理平台的具体实施方法。
This article according to the Liaohe River basin water environment pollution emergency management needs, carried out study on the technical system of water environment pollution emergency, proposed the concrete imple- mentation method for establishment of Liaohe River basin water environmental emergency management platform.
