摘要
通过对国内外社区环境灾害防御管理模式的研究,分析了我国社区减灾管理模式的现状和问题,提出了加强和改进社区应对环境灾害的措施和建议。
Through the study on the model of community environment disaster prevention management both at home and abroad, analyzed the present situation and problems of community disaster reduction management mode in our coun- try, puts forward the measures to strengthen and improve community response to environmental disasters and the sug- gestions.
