摘要
为了扑灭井下火灾及抑制瓦斯爆炸,当煤矿井下发生火灾时,需减少火区供氧量、增加惰性气体含量以惰化火区气体。通过对DQ、DQP系列惰气发生装置灭火原理分析,提出利用该装置燃烧除氧,将燃烧产物N2、CO2等惰性气体注入火区,能有效灭火、抑爆。实际应用证明,其用于扑灭井下火灾快速、安全、有效,且降低了成本。
To put out the underground fire and suppress the gas explosion, when the fire happened to the coal mine, it needs to reduce oxygen amount,increase the inert gas content toinerting the gas in fire area. Analysed the fire extinguishing principle of DQ, DQP series of inert gas generator,it is put forward that, after combustion deoxidization using this device, injecting the combustion product including N2 , CO2 and other inert gas into the fire zone can effectively put out the underground fire and suppress the gas explosion, Practical appli- cation shows that, the application of this device can extinguish underground fire fast, safely and effectively, and can reduce cost.
