摘要
为合理确定采场支护强度、预测周期来压及优化工序衔接,以晋煤集团赵庄矿5308大采高综采工作面为工程背景,对大采高综采工作面矿压显现规律进行了研究。通过现场观测及矿压理论分析得出以下结论:工作面顶板平均周期来压步距为10.6 m,平均动载系数为1.34;支架初撑力超过25 MPa的占10.9%,工作面支架初撑力不足,工作面两巷道支承压力影响范围15~25 m,平均应力集中系数为1.99;不规则垮落带高度为10.8 m,第四层基本顶细粒砂岩进入断裂带。最后,针对支架初撑力不足提出了相应措施。
To determine supporting strength,forecast periodic weighting, and optimize the procedure connection reasonably, taking Zha- ozhuang Coal Mine of Jincheng Coal Industry Group as engineering background,laws of strata behaviors were studied on fully-mecha- nized working face with large mining height. Based on field observation and strata theoretical analyses, the main conclusions as follows were made:the average periodic roof weighting step is 10.6 m,and the average dynamic load coefficient is 1.34;it is more than 25 MPa accounted for 10.9% , showing critically low on support setting load supplies, and the incidence of arch pressure of two roadways is 15 25 m,the average stress concentration coefficient is 1.99;the irregular caving zone height is 10.8 m,the fourth fine sandstone of basic roof into the fractured zone. Finally, corresponding measures were put forward aiming at the lack of supports setting load.
