栽秧泡的繁殖特性研究

摘要 为研究栽秧泡(Rubus ellipticus var.obcordatus)的繁殖特性,本文利用采自云南省龙陵县的栽秧泡种子和插穗,通过控制试验条件,分析了不同的种子储藏方式和种皮处理方式对栽秧泡种子萌发率以及不同生根粉和扦插时期对扦插苗成活率的影响.结果表明:低温(0~4℃)是栽秧泡种子储藏的关键条件,且能提高种子萌发率;机械处理对提高萌发率也有一定作用;遮光条件对种子的萌发率没有明显影响;abt1号生根粉可以提高扦插苗的成活率;1~3月的扦插苗成活率最高,5月的扦插苗成活率最低;栽秧泡的扦插繁殖便捷快速,但成活率低、幼苗质量差;压条繁殖不易操作但成苗率高、幼苗质量好. To study on the vegetative propagation of Rubus ellipticusand cutting of R. ellipticus var. obcordatus collected from Longlingvar. obcordatus, we adopted seedsCountry, Yunnan Province, andstudied the influences of the different storage conditions and seed coat treatments on its germination andthe influences of different rooting powders and cutting time on its cutting survival rate by controlling ex-perimental conditions. The result showed that low temperature was the key factor to seed storage. Lowtemperature (0 -4 ℃ ) and cracking seed coats could raise germination rate of R. ellipticusvat. obcordatus ; shading had no significant influence on its germination ; abt No. 1 rooting powder couldraise its cutting survival rate; the cutting survival rate was the highest from January to March, but thelowest in May ; cutting propagation of R. ellipticus var. obcordatus was convenient to operate, but withlow breeding survival rate and bad seedling quality. Its layerage generation was complicated to handle,but bring high breeding survival rate and better seeding quality.
