摘要
以辣木无菌苗上胚轴为外植体,探讨了不同培养基对辣木不定芽诱导及增殖的影响。结果表明:辣木芽诱导与增殖采用MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L或MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L两种培养基均可,且后者效果最好;在该培养基上每个上胚轴可诱导(4.0±1.6)个不定芽,不定芽切割后在该培养基上进行增殖,增殖系数可达(4.4±1.7)倍,平均有效苗高可达(2.29±0.61)cm。本试验为辣木优良品种的无性扩繁、工厂化组培育苗提供了理论依据。
Using the epicotyls of the aseptic seedlings for materials, we discussed the effects of differentculture media on inducing and propagating adventitious buds of Moringa oleifera Lam. The results showedthat both of MS +6-BA 0. 5 mg/L and MS +6-BA 0. 1 mg/L +NAA 0. 01 mg/L were suitable for M. oleiferato induce and propagate adventitious buds, and the latter was the best one. On this medium every epicotylcould induce (4. 0± 1.6) adventitious buds, and every adventitious bud could propagate (4. 4 ± 1.7 )buds, and the average height of the buds could reach to (2. 29 ±0. 61 ) cm. This study provides the scien-tific basic for asexual propagation and tissue culture plantlet production of M. oleifera good varieties.
