摘要 采用超临界CO2萃取技术进行鹿茸脂溶性成分提取并对制剂中的基质配比、滴制温度、滴速、滴头口径等因素进行研究,以丸重差异、容散时限、综合评分为考察指标,采用正交试验筛选,验证最佳滴丸制备工艺。结果表明:制备滴丸最优工艺为基质m(PEG 10000)∶m(PEG 8000)=54∶6,m(药液)∶m(基质)=1∶3,药液温度为60℃,冷却剂为二甲基硅油,滴速为30滴/min的条件下鹿茸超临界CO2萃取工艺及滴丸制备工艺稳定可行。 The velvet antler fat soluble components were studied for industrialized extraction by usingsupercritical CO2 extraction technology. The optimum preparation process was verified through thedetermination of matrix proportion, dropping temperature, dropping speed, dripper aperture and oth-er factors of the preparations, and taking the pill weight variation, content and dispersing time,comprehensive score as index by orthogonal test. The dripping pill matrix PEG 10000 ∶ PEG8000 was 54 ∶ 6. The ratio of liquid medicine and matrix was 1 ∶ 3, the liquid temperature 60℃, coolant2-methyl silicone oil, drop speed 30 drops / min. The velvet antler supercritical CO2 extraction tech-nology and dripping pill preparation process was stable and feasible.
