城市形态与产业空间布局实证研究──以河南省为例

Empirical Study on Urban Morphology and Industrial Spatial Layout──Taking Henan Province as An Example

城市形态和产业空间布局表现出明显的联动关系。城市形态研究视角从历史、市镇规划、功能结构向空间形态转换,城市形态具有多样化及层次性。产业布局理论经历了从区位论、市场论、产业聚集到新经济地理理论的发展。产业布局模式经历了从均值、增长极、点轴、网络布局到梯度开发模式的演化。城市形态和产业空间布局互相促进优化发展。河南已形成以中原城市群为主体形态的城镇体系,城市形态主体区中原城市群产业成梯度分布,产业与城市互动发展取得成效;但是河南城市形态、城市空间分布和规模结构有待继续优化,城市发育不足,产业层次低,辐射带动功能有待提高。河南未来的城市形态和产业空间布局要实施中心城市带动战略,构建以中原城市群为主体形态、放射状、网络化城镇空间格局;强化城镇产业就业支撑,提升城市公共服务功能,推动体制机制创新,通过产城融合促进河南城市和产业的互动发展。

Urban morphology and industrial spatial layout show significant correlation. The research perspectives of urban morphology transforms from history, urban .planning, functional structure to spatial morphology. Urban morphology has diversity and hierarchy. Industrial layout theories have developed from the location theories, market theories, industry gathering to New Economic Geography Theory. Industrial layout patterns grow from the homogeneity, growth pole, point axis, network layout to gradient development mode change. Urban morphology and the industrial spatial layout promote each other to optimize development. Henan province has formed Zhongyuan urban agglomeration as the main form of urban system. Industries of Zhongyuan urban aggloraeration distribute with gradient. Industry and urban development interact effectively. But Henan urban form, urban space distribution and scale structure need to be optimized continually. Urban development is insufficient. Level of industry is low. Radiation impetus function needs to be improved. Henan urban morphology and industrial spatial layout of the future should implement the driving strategy of central cities, building urban space of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration as the main form, radial shape and network pattern,strengthening urban support industry employment, improving the public service function of the urban, promoting institutional innovation, and promoting Henan urban to integrate and interact development.
