美国竞争情报系统研究及对我国的启示 被引量:7

Research on the Development Status of American Competitive Intelligence System and Its Enlightment for China

摘要 [目的/意义]研究美国竞争情报系统发展前沿,供国内竞争情报系统开发商及研究人员借鉴。[方法/过程]通过网络调查与文献资料收集,对美国战略竞争情报从业者协会官网上的系统服务商进行梳理,从共性和差异两方面进行比较,从共性思想、共性数据、共性领域、技术架构、核心技术和特色功能与服务6个方面提出研究框架。[结果/结论]选取6种典型竞争情报服务系统进行比较分析,总结可供我国借鉴的启示,包括专注竞争情报市场、细分服务、开放程序接口、布局专利技术组合、丰富报告模板、采纳云服务模式。认为基于人机协同的竞争情报系统将引领竞争情报系统的发展,美国竞争情报系统采用先进情报分析思想和前沿的云计算技术服务模式,值得国内竞争情报系统领域借鉴采纳。 [ Purpose/significance] This paper studies the development status of American Competitive Intelligence System for enlightening the competitive intelligence software vendors and researchers in China. [ Method/process] Based on the online survey about the vendors and softwares listed on SCIP' s website and literature review about competitive intel- ligence system, this paper comes up an analytical framework consisted of common thoughts, common data source type, common business fields, technical architecture, core technologies and special functions and service items for analysis. [ Result/conclusion] This paper selected 6 kinds of typical CIS for comparative analysis, and summarized 6 enlightments for Chinese competitive intelligence system industry including dedicating in CI, subdividing the market, opening the API, targeting patented technology- portfolio, enriching report templates and adopting the SaaS model. Human - machine collaboration CIS will lead the development of CIS industry. American competitive intelligence system vendors adopted the fron- tier intelligence analytical thinking and advanced cloud service model, and it is a good practical experience and theoretical guide for China to learn.
