摘要
济宁市煤炭资源丰富,境内水系密布,水体下普遍压煤。济宁市水利部门通过科学管理,统筹兼顾,缓解了水体下采煤与水工程安全的矛盾,保障了水利工程防洪安全和运行安全,同时最大限度地释放了水体下煤炭资源,促进了济宁市经济社会的发展。
Jining has rich coal resources,and water systems are densely distributed in the city. Coal is reserved under water generally. Jining Water Department eases contradiction between underwater coal mining and water project safety through scientific management and overall consideration. Flood control safety and operation safety in water projects are guaranteed. Meanwhile, underwater coal resources are released maximally, thereby promoting social and economic development in Jining.
