针刀闭合性松解术联合手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效及对椎-基底动脉血流速度的影响

Curative Effect of Acupotome Closed Lysis Combined with Manipulation Therapy on Cervical Vertigo and Its Influence on Vertebral- basilar Artery Blood Flow Velocity

目的:探讨针刀闭合性松解术联合手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效及对椎-基底动脉血流速度的影响。方法:选择我院收治的84例颈性眩晕患者,按随机数字表法平均分为两组各42例,治疗组患者使用针刀闭合性松解术联合手法治疗,对照组患者使用西药治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效及眩晕症状评分,同时比较治疗组患者治疗前后椎-基底动脉血流速度变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组69.05%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后眩晕症状评分为(24.10±4.12)分明显高于治疗前的(11.75±4.01)分及对照组的(14.54±5.64)分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中高流速及低流速患者治疗后VA及BA较治疗前均明显改善,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀闭合性松解术联合手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者椎-基底动脉血流速度状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupotome closed lysis combined with manipulation therapy on cervical vertigo and its influence on vertebral- basilar artery blood flow velocity. Methods： 84 patients with cervical vertigo in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group according to the number table methods. The treatment group was treated with acupotome closed lysis combined with manipulation therapy while the patients in the control group received the western medicine for the treatment. Compare the efficacy and vertigo symptom score in the two groups and compare changes of the situation of blood velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in the treatment group. Results： The curative rate in the treatment group was 92. 86% and it was significantly higher than 69. 05% in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; the vertigo symptom score in the treatment group after treatment was（ 24. 10 ± 4. 12） and it was significantly higher than（ 11. 75 ± 4. 01） before treatment and（ 14. 54 ± 5. 64） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; the VA and BA of high velocity and low velocity in the treatment group were significantly improved when compared with those before treatment,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Acupotome closed lysis combined with manipulation has a significantly curative effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo,which can effectively improve the situation of vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity and is worthy of clinical application.
