改良雷火神针联合中药汤剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Improved Thunder Fire Miraculous Needling Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察改良雷火神针联合中药汤剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组给予改良雷火神针及中药汤剂口服治疗,对照组给予胃复春片及维酶素片口服,均治疗3个月后观察临床症状积分和胃镜病理变化。结果:观察组总有效率94.29%,对照组总有效率71.43%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:改良雷火神针联合中药汤剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,可改善临床症状,修复胃粘膜。

Objective： To observe the clinically curative effect of improved thunder fire miraculous needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 70 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was given improved thunder fire miraculous needling and Chinese medicine decoction treatment; the control group was given Weifuchun tablets and Vitacoenzyme tablets orally. Clinical symptoms and gastroscope pathological changes were observed after treatment for three months. Results： In the observation group the total effectiveness was 94. 29%,and in the control group the total effectiveness was71. 43%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The improved thunder fire miraculous needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treating chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the clinical symptoms and repair the gastric mucosa.
