针对目前选矿厂自动化水平低,构成一种基于Win CC的具有集散式结构的选矿厂智能监控系统。首先分析了选矿厂的工艺流程,其次说明了监控系统的总体结构设计,对于PLC的选型、PLC模块的配置以及PLC编程做了具体的说明,最后介绍了Win CC组态软件,并从用户管理功能、厂房工艺流程、报警记录功能、消息归档功能几个方面对系统的实现做了详细的说明。

Aiming at the low level of automation of ore dressing plant, a concentrator intelligent monitoring system with distributed structure based on Win CC. First analyzes the process of the mineral processing plant, then gives the overall structure of the monitoring system design, the PLC selection, the configuration of PLC module and the PLC programming in detail, finally introduces the configuration software Win CC, and specify the implementation of the system from several aspects in user management function, workshop process, alarm record function and message archiving function.
