Cost control has become the critical factors to maximize the benefits from the factors affecting the cost of the project. This article analyzes the cost control methods from different points,such as,the factors that affect the cost of the project,optimization of the construction program,scientific management of the construction cost and resource consumption control,which provides theoretical basis for the maximum economic benefits during the construction of precast box girders.
