摘要 在应试教育阶段学生形成的一些习惯与考试压力密切相关,到大学后原有压力消失使得这些习惯发生蜕变.为了使诚实、自律等有利于大学生社会化的好习惯扎根心灵,持久发挥积极作用,以积极心理学理论为指导,挖掘大学生的积极人格品质,增加大学生的正面情感体验,构建提供心理支持的组织和环境,使大学生充分发挥主体作用,养成良好习惯,主动、自觉地发展自己. Some habits are closely related to the pressure in the examination-oriented education and the habits will be transformed with the disappearance of the original pressure after students enter university. In order to let college students have good and socialized habits,for instance,honesty and self-discipline in their mind,which permanently play an active role in their life,we apply the positive psychology theory as guidance,mine positive personality traits of college students,increase positive emotional experience of college students and build organizations and environment with psychological support so that students fully play the main role,develop good habits,and develop themselves actively and consciously.
