Exploration on training project education system for excellent engineers

卓越工程师人才培养是国家培养新型工业化人才的重要举措,是高校教育教学改革的重要方向。为了切实提高卓越工程师人才培养质量,武汉工程大学化学工程与工艺专业,针对我国卓越工程师人才培养存在的问题,根据学校卓越工程师人才培养的基础与条件,在人才培养模式、人才培养方案、课程体系、师资队伍建设、实践教学改革、校企合作等方面,进行了卓越工程师人才培养工程教育体系的改革与实践,取得了一定的效果,以期为我国高校化工专业卓越工程师人才培养提供参考。

Training excellent engineers is the important measure of training new industrial talents in our country,and is also the major direction of teaching reform in higher education.To enhance the quality of training excellent engineers practically,the specialty of Chemical Engineering and Technology in Wuhan Institute of Technology,just for the occurring problem of training excellent engineers in our country,and on the basis and condition of excellent engineers training in colleges,carries out the reform and practice in the mode and the method of talent training,the course system,the construction of teachership,the practical teaching reform and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.That result is in good effect and is just for a reference to training excellent engineers in Chemical Engineering and Technology speciality in colleges for our country.
