摘要
可控/"活性"自由基聚合操作相对简便,可以得到分子量接近单分散的聚合物,近年来已经成为高分子及其相关研究领域应用极其广泛的基本技术,理应成为高分子化学实验课的重点训练目标之一。由于其教学实验开发和实施过程中存在安全、表征硬件依赖性强等问题,在本科生教学实验当中仍未能广泛开展。为了提高可控/"活性"自由基聚合教学实验的可行性,该文在硬件和实验课程组织等方面实行一些传统教学实验不常见的设计,包括:使用双排气体分配器,使用适合低分子量表征的单柱凝胶渗透色谱仪,通风橱、装置固定架等其他硬件配置,采用小组循环授课的组织形式。这样的实验设计经过了先后两轮规模不同的运行尝试,大大提高了可控/"活性"自由基聚合教学实验的可行性,极有推广价值。
Controlled/"living"radical polymerization has become one of the basic techniques in research of polymer and related field,because of its control of the poly-distribution index by relative simple operation.It deserves to pay more attention in undergraduate training system,especially in the Polymer Chemistry Experiment.However,it's not so easy to be realized because of the safety consideration as well as its dependency on the instrument such as gel permeation chromatography.To improve the feasibility of controlled/"living"radical polymerization in the experimental teaching system of undergraduate students,some designs on hardware and organization should be carried out,including high vacuum manifold,GPC specially for teaching,fumehood and inner formwork units,concurrent panel cycle teaching and so on.It proves the feasibility and has the spread value.
