摘要
以45号钢为研究对象,设计了系列温度冲击实验教学项目,让学生独立地设计实验方案,独立完成实验操作。测定了45号钢在一个温度范围的冲击吸收功,并且结合断口的微观形貌测定了该材料的韧脆转变温度为-48℃,培养和增强了学生的综合实践能力和创新能力。
Based on Charpy U-notch impact tests at different temperatures,the experimental teaching course is designed.Ductile-brittle transition temperature for 45 Steel is measured by students independently,about-48℃,by means of the impact absorbing energy.The macrostructure of the fracture surface of 45 steel at different temperatures is observed and discussed.The experimental teaching course can train and enhance the comprehensive practice and innovative abilities of students.
