摘要
将经典无机化学实验——三草酸合铁(III)酸钾设计成一个超长学时的大综合"厂旁"实验,面向化学工程类专业高年级学生开设,对培养卓越化学工程师具有重要意义。除了涵盖了大学阶段所学的大量的化学实验技能和众多课程的理论知识,该实验更是从生产厂家的角度渗透了项目考察、项目设计、生产工艺、产品检验、废弃物处理等问题,同时体现了绿色化、探究性、设计性。
The classic inorganic chemistry experiment of Potassium Ferrioxalate(Ⅲ)is integrated into a large comprehensive"beside factory"experiment which demands long class hours,and is established for the chemical engineering major seniors,which is of great significance to the cultivation of outstanding engineers.Besides covering a lot of chemical experiment skills and theoretical knowledge of huge range of course,the experiment penetrates many items such as investigation of project,designing of project,production process,production test,waste treatment from a factory viewpoint,and it embodies greening,exploring,designing meanwhile.The"beside factory"experiment not only makes the students consolidating and improving a lot of chemical experiments skills and theoretical knowledge,but also is beneficial to cultivate students' professional quality of chemical engineering and the scientific research consciousness,which can lay the foundation for production practice and graduation project and accomplish the transform from the students to the outstanding engineers successfully.
