摘要
在知识经济时代,我国民营企业转型势在必行,转型的总体方向、根本途径、长期支撑力、关键突破点及日常推动力等方面都亟需其科技工作者学习能力的及时跟进和创新能力的协同发挥,但当前民营企业在转型中存在不少影响其科技工作者创新能力发挥的因素,本文从六个主要影响因素进行论述,并基于民营企业转型与其科技工作者协同创新能力发挥两者处于相辅相成的动态平衡过程关系,针对上述六个主要影响因素分别从发展战略、科研投入、员工待遇、知识转移情境、多渠道合作、行业互助组织等方面提出促进转型中民营企业科技工作者协同创新能力发挥的对策。
In the present knowledge-based economy, it is emergent for private-owned enterprises to transform, given the changeable market both at home and abroad, whose basic orientation, basic ways, key points, key supports and daily driving force require their scientific workers to update their learning ability and make use of their innovation in coordination. However, there are a lot of influence factors blocking the scientific workers of these private-owned enterprises to best use their innovation in the transformation, as are discussed in six parts in this essay while based on the consideration of the dynamic balance of mutual complementary relationship between the two and the analysis of the above factors, it puts forward the corresponding strategies of promoting the use of innovation of the scientific workers in the transformation of private-owned enterprises from the development strategy, scientific research investment, employee treatment, knowledge transfer, industry situation and multi-channel cooperation and mutual assistance organization.
