摘要
以重庆电力高等专科学校的"导师志愿者活动"为例,分析高职院校导师制实施过程中面临的困境,提出注重导师主导作用和学生主体作用的发挥,形成良好的教与学氛围,以期推动导师制的实施,更好地促进学生个体的全面与可持续发展。
Taking the"tutorial volunteers activity"in Chongqing Electric Power College for example,this article analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of the tutorial system in vocational colleges. It is also proposed that tutors’ leading role and students’ subject role be emphasized to help form a good teaching-learning atmosphere,promote the implementation of the tutorial system and better boost each individual student’s integrated and sustainable development.
