摘要
针对双进双出磨煤机料位测量不准确、自动投入率低和自动投入难等问题,系统地分析料位测量系统存在的问题。对磨煤机料位测量系统进行了设备改造和逻辑优化,提高了双进双出磨煤机料位控制系统的准确性和自动投入率。
This article fully and systematically analyzes the problems of the material-level measurement system such as inaccuracy of measurement,low automatic input rate and difficulty in automatic input. After the transformation of the equipment of the system together with the logic optimization of the system itself,its accuracy and automatic input rate have been enhanced.
