摘要
高校消费合作社的构建过程,涵盖从初始阶段的资金筹集、店铺选址,到运营管理中的战略选择、业务分类和团队组成等各个环节。高校消费合作社的建立旨在满足高校大学生这一特殊群体的消费需求,构建时应当充分了解大学生的消费水平及特征,结合大学生对构建方式的倾向,根据不同背景,形成最佳方案。
Based on the questionnaires collected from 342 undergraduates of Anhui University of Finance Economics and referring to the related literatures,this paper firstly analyzes the feasibility of constructing consumer cooperatives on campus at different stages,from the early stage of fund-raising,location selecting,to the operating management of strategies choosing,services classifying and team constructing. Secondly,this paper focuses on the methods of participating and withdrawing the cooperatives,as well as getting benefits from it,exploring an effective mode to construct consumer cooperatives. Consumer cooperatives are aimed at meeting the consumption demand of the undergraduates-a special group in the expense market. When building consumer cooperatives,we should know well about the level and characteristics of undergraduates' consumption,as well as their preferences,so as to findthe best solution based on their different backgrounds.
