冠心病患者同型半胱氨酸水平的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测同型半胱氨酸在冠心病患者中的浓度水平,并推测其临床意义。方法将临床诊断为冠心病患者175例,分为急性冠脉综合征(19例),稳定型心绞痛(56例)组,与非冠心病(136例)作对照,分别测定血清同型半胱氨酸水平,除外高血压、糖尿病、脑血管疾病等其他危险因素的影响。结果比较Hcy水平在冠心病组与对照组中分布,发现在冠心病组中无明显升高。结论血清Hcy预测冠心病的危险可能性不大。
