摘要
高校图书馆学科馆员制度的建立,满足了信息化时代图书馆向深层次、个性化服务办馆模式转换的需要。目前,我国绝大多数高校引进学科馆员,但在制度建设上还只是起步阶段,面临不少问题。本文在分析现状的基础上,针对我国高校图书馆学科馆员制度中存在的问题,初步提出了解决问题的对策,具有一定的实践指导价值。
The system of subject librarian was established to meet the mode conversion requirement for the deep and personalized service of library in information age. Currently, the vast majority of colleges and universities has introduced librarian, but the institution building was just at the initial stage, facing many problems. Based on the status analysis, this article initially proposed some solutions with practical guidance value.
